Universal Login Creation

Tasks:
Content Inventory, Information Architecture, Infosys Collaboration, Wireframes

I was hired to take an inventory of and create a universal solution for SCE’s login/registration and reset password. There are currently 11 different versions to login/register and a few ways to recover a password. In addition there was the need to create a multi-factor recovery from scratch. After the inventory, I scheduled bi-weekly feedback/input sessions with Infosys and met with people on the business side once a week. Once the process flows had been iterated and approved, I created mobile first wireframes that represent the component groups to be created/modified in the chosen SAP Fiori design system. These wireframes and flows will be used in the functional specifications document.

The Inventory

I created the login/registration inventory with the help of Infosys engineers to be signed off by SCE stakeholders. This served as a base for the next steps to create universal login/registration.

…enlarged content from the above inventory:

A few of the current SCE.com login/registration observations with screenshots and annotations to point out risks and challenges.

Two examples of the risks and challenges I provided, and color-coded based on severity.
