I'm a product designer with 17 years of UX experience leading research-grounded, end-to-end design for complex enterprise platforms. I specialize in bringing structure, research rigor, and full ownership to products that lack it — establishing UX practice from the ground up at Warner Bros., directing clinical UX research across five states at NantHealth, and delivering a complete platform redesign as the sole designer for an internal enterprise platform.
My workflow is AI-augmented by design: I run parallel rapid prototyping in Claude Code and Figma Make to explore a wide solution space before committing to a direction in Figma — accelerating ideation without sacrificing UX judgment. I'm equally at home in stakeholder rooms, design systems, and ethnographic field research.
